Based out of Nicholasville, Kentucky, we are a locally owned and operated agency dedicated to providing highly skilled professionals well matched to each family or facility’s unique hiring requirements and workplace environment.
At Reliant Healthcare Staffing, we offer our patients and clients outstanding clinical care, delivered by highly skilled practitioners. Whether you need an experienced Patient Care Aide, CNA, LPN, or RN, we are here to help relieve the stress of your facility staffing needs or give respite to a family member. As a client, you will always have access to our management team. For your scheduling needs, you can reach a live attendant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Establishment & Employees
Reliant Healthcare Staffing was established in September of 2019. Currently, our team consists of Patient Care Aides, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
At RHS, we are dedicated to building a team that our clients can count on. Every employee is interviewed and vetted thoroughly using the following: National Criminal Database, County Criminal Database, National Sex Offender Registry, Homeland Security Databases, Child Abuse or Neglect Registry, twelve-panel drug test, PPD Skin Test (Tuberculosis Test), License verification, CPR certification, and yearly Skill Assessment & Testing.
Leadership Team
Michael Rutoskey, RN
Michael Rutoskey holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Midway College. He has over ten years of healthcare experience, working in a variety of settings such as Acute Care, LTAC, Hospice, and the VA, and has held the following titles throughout his nursing career: Interim DON, floor manager, house supervisor, and MDS coordinator and is qualified to match Reliant staff to your unique facility needs.
At Reliant, Michael oversees contracts, onboarding, recruitment, and Reliant staff compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Before Reliant, Michael owned and operated a successful private duty care business for the past ten years. He successfully established a reputation of integrity while building a professional rapport with patients and families.
Jaime Hamm, RHIT
Jaime Hamm holds an Associate Degree in Health Information Management from Cincinnati State & Technical College, and an Associate Degree in Management from the University of Kentucky. She has over eighteen years of healthcare experience in the Revenue Cycle Department at the University of Cincinnati Hospital.
At Reliant, Jaime oversees the daily operations of onboarding, credential verification, Human Resource, HIPAA compliance, billing, and invoicing.
Before Reliant, Jaime was the Regional Coding & Clinical Documentation Manager for the University of Cincinnati Hospital, managing a team to ensure yearly revenue claims of more than $500M were coded and submitted accuretly . She is diverse in Human Resource, patient relations, project management, vendor management, onboarding, employee training, and continuous education.
